Micregen  is a private UK registered company wholly owned by Micregen founders, private family office, angel investors and life science professionals. Controlled by the founders and managed by a Board with considerable industry experience and business expertise.

Since Micregen’s CSO’s pioneering discoveries in 1993 and a series of unconventional scientific breakthroughs over many years of stem cell research experience since, Micregen believe that they have uncovered certain secrets that originally flew against convention. This has allowed Micregen time to progress its technology relatively undetected for several years.

Careful use of funds to date and strong academic, clinical, and industry support has allowed Micregen to progress both MRG1061 and MRG1161 towards clinical trials.  

Micregen  has two wholly owned subsidiaries MRG1061 Ltd and MRG1161 Ltd. These companies are registered to manage Micregen’s first two therapeutics MRG1061, aimed at neonatal indications and MRG1161, for degenerative conditions associated with ageing.
